Sienna Sky: A Little Bit More (Exclusive Interview)
What inspires your music?
After spending 13 years as a Zumba Fitness Instructor, nothing could be more rewarding than having Zumba Instructors worldwide dancing with their students to my music. I have a huge passion for Latin music, so creating high energy, Latin inspired dance tracks really is the dream.
How did you start your professional recording career?
Initially I was approached to co-write a charity EP for The British Heart Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Support. This very quickly led to an offer to co-write my debut solo single with a Producer who also worked as a Presenter for a local BBC Radio Station. This was my first taste of my dreams actually becoming a reality.
How did you come up with your single?
I had a really firm idea in my mind of the style of song I was looking to create. It had to have a Latin vibe and a catchy combination of great melody, lyrics and rhythm. Taking inspiration and ideas from similar artists and working alongside Producer Roy Hamilton iii, we were able to write and produce this high energy, Latin inspired, dance-floor ready pop song, that is not only suitable for Zumba and other fitness classes, but bars, clubs and radio alike.

How do you define success?
Success for me is achieving my desired goal and possessing great pride in the journey it took me to get there. Whilst I realise in today's world numbers of followers and likes are important, my personal success rate is based on knowing that my music is giving happiness and joy to those who choose to listen.
What can we expect from you in 2022?
Initially I am super excited to spend some time enjoying the release of "A Little Bit More". Beyond that I am keen to start work on my next release, for which I already have ideas! I would also like to devote some time to helping/mentoring artists new to the world of recording to whom I would love to share my experience and help guide through the process.
