Veneta Tsoneva’s Return: (The Voice of Bulgaria) 2020 Season
What inspires your music?
My feelings inspire my music. My life inspires my lyrics. I started making my own music a couple of years ago when I realized that this is the best way to sing something that I really like, feel and enjoy.
Every time I hear a good melody I put my phone on record and start creating a lyrics.
For example, yesterday I woke up with a melody in my head, I grabbed the phone and started singing (well not exactly "singing" because it was too early for my voice :D)
I believe that music is the best way to express myself, even if I don`t know how to say something, when I sing it, it`s easier.
How did you get the opportunity to sing on The Voice of Bulgaria?
"The Voice of Bulgaria" is a big adventure for me.
I wanted to show to my country who is Veneta.
I desired to take this opportunity, to see what would happen and I don`t regret!
I loved the stage, the live band and the songs I performed.
But believe me there are always suprises: For example during battles I had to sing against 3 girls and it was not easy.
I won and I am happy that I made it to the knockouts. I wanted so much to be there because I sung one of my favourite songs "Higher Love".
Unfortunately, I couldn`t get to the live concert, but now people could bring me back!

What song will you be singing?
This is a secret! But, if I could choose a song written by me, it will be "I need you". A great collaboration between me and Tolga Mahmut.
What can we expect from you in 2020?
I am working on new music and new single. Till now, I took part in collaborations with artists from all over the world. But I think it is time to present myself with a solo project!
