Amy Arora: Newest Single "Story" (Exclusive Interview)

How long have you been singing for?

I have only been singing for around a year and a half now, but I hope to continue singing all of my life! 

What is the song “Story” about, and why is it special to you?

My song “Story” is about overcoming challenges, believing in your dreams, and making your stories shine. This song was written when I was going through some vocal issues, and I was unable to do my favourite thing in the world, which is to sing. I wrote this song in school, whenever I had free time, and it holds a very special place in my heart.

Tell us a little about the recording process of this song? Did you have fun?

The recording process was the most fun! During the entire journey of the production of this song, Roy made me feel so comfortable, and was so very patient with me. Covid could not stop us from completing the Recording Process! We became creative, and took to online recording. I loved working with Roy and The Singers Company. 

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? What kind of music do you hope to make?

I want to see myself performing on a big stage, and inspiring other young artists to believe in their dreams. I want to make happy and catchy music, which people can relate and dance to.      

Who is your favourite singer?

My favorite singer is Ariana Grande because she started singing when she was young, and became famous through her hard work. She inspires me to do the same!
